I do, there's no such thing as a mature 14 year old. And it is also impossible for them to act mature.

You may see me acting stupid on the forum... but it's obvious I take the piss. Whereas these people are try-hards and illiterate.

I'd disagree with those points. An example of immature was the other day when I was in the server. I can't remember who I kicked but they were using martyr and I told them to turn it off. They didn't and I kicked them. I kicked them because they said I wasn't an admin and they weren't gonna turn it off. That was a person in this clan.

And most likely the age of the person is around 14 years old. A person who is 18 years old would have just turned it off without question or left.

16 is definitely the minimum from now on. Not only that, teamspeak is also mandatory for all new members. If you don't have a mic, you don't get in the clan.

This might seem unfair but I want to build a team who will actually work as a team and use voice chat for communication.
