Softcore on CoD:WaW

It seems Hardcore mode is very unbalanced with the juggernaut perk and rifles.

Myself and Spikes tried a softcore round earlier and we noticed that it seemed a lot more balanced.

Rifles are actually a 1 shot kill! :eek:

SMGs cannot be used as snipers on the maps.

And finally, there seems to be a lot less retards playing on it.

So whatcha reckon? We play softcore until they fix it? 'cos hardcore feels more softcore than hardcore with the weapon balance.

there are servers with fake hardcore , start new server , then server settings you there what you can change. health generation , weapon damage , health etc.

I suppose we could do that... 'cos hardcore is actually bullshit atm lol.

I can't believe they did that to the game... the filters are so much harder now.

It's really hard to find a decent server...

Then again when we set our server up, we will be having it balanced so I'll just be playing there then.

Yeap just as Reaction said those are fake hc servers. Don't know how and why but a little fucked up. So far I... love this game! First two bolt-action rifles are pretty useless but when you get mosin nagant... it rocks! To be quite honest only mosin guarantees you one shot one kill. From rifles my favourite is so far garand. In overall I think that this game is easier than cod4. I'm first in every match, like +15/20 kills more than deaths each match. But it doesn't change the fact that cod5 is great and i'm sure we won't stop playing it at least until cod6:P

Try running on map with trench gun and sprint perk. It's so funny when 6 ppl want to shoot you and they miss (lol! but they really can't if you shoot running).
And a little tip: if you want to lvl up really quickly use submachine guns. Many kills + quick additional xp from challenges.

im leveling up by getting all chalanges done, im not bothered about the kdr i just want to go onto prestege and start from scratch :P

theres loads of new servers that have 4000 pts per kill. look at the pic i uploaded.

well i decided to make a new account so i can keep my score that i got without cheating, just in case a patch comes out that resets all high scores.

nothing happens in prestige apart from the new custom slots and a different icon on the score table :S

just so you know, it takes 37 kills to get to rank 65.
